I thought I was gonna have an average day but an extraordinary night.... BUT I was wrong. Completely wrong. I woke up early since I planned to attend, i mean me and best bud planned to attend an early mass at Redemptorist. After preparing, my friend texted me to wait for her text before i sped off to Redem. I agreed because I thought she's not yet prepared. While I was facing the fan and trying to dry up my wet hair (so poor, no blow dry! lol) my cousin informed me that someone's on the front gate. I thought "who could that be? This early?! Maybe some neighbors" but my aunt recognized it and told me "shane, naa si Gab sa gawas". Imagine how shocked I was! At 6 am she was there at the front gate bringing a balloon and a cupcake with a lighted candle!! I really can't explain how happy and shocked I was to see her! Didn't expect that she would do something like this for me! She's such a sweetheart! Then she hand me something like a photo frame. HAPPINESS. After putting them all in my room we went to the church.
Upon arriving there, I really think the mass schedule was changed maybe because of the season of Lent, there's no mass, so we just lighted some candle then offered a prayer. After doing so, we went to MCDO and meet up with Angel, since i have some matters to discuss with her regarding school stuffs. Then after that we went home.
At 3 pm my aunt informed me that the food is already cooked and told me if i can ask my friends to come earlier. So I phoned some of my friends to come earlier than the said time. Some of them told me, they can't come. Ann can't since her father didn't allow her. Mitch can't because no one's gonna pick her. Bea and Khanna can't go because they have a meeting. Abbie also can't go since her father didn't allow her. Some of them told me they'll be going late since they still have some things to do.
It was already 5 in the evening when I went to purple bean to see Ilay since she went home ahead and dropped by there to have some tea. I also waited for des, pi,kat and jeany because they don't know the address. When they arrived, they hand me the cake des baked n they helped decorating it and sang some birthday song at the side of the road. Melted my heart BIG TIME. I told them we're gonna cross the road to ride the tricycle that would take us there, it was a 4 lane road so expect a lot of screaming! Lol
We arrived at our house and I know something is going on. The common bathroom was locked so I asked for the key, even if i had the right key still it can't be open so i know someone's really in there. I was knocking non-stop and asking them to open it. After 10 minutes or so, there inside was 3 of my friends! Abbie, Khannna and Bea. Moved me to tears since i thought they ditched me. I really can't contain my happiness. I was beaming upon seeing them! It was an unexpected surprise! I really can't say it in words how happy I was to see them and spend the rest of the night chatting, laughing and taking LOTSA Photos! Hahaha
I really don't know what have I done to deserve such great friends! LORD THANK YOU SO MUCH.
To my parents who misunderstood me and i can't understand sometimes, THANK YOU Ma and Pa. THANK YOU.
To the people who put all their efforts to cook and buy the things needed THANK YOU GUISEEEEEE :'))))
And above all TO OUR LORD GOD who gave me all of these things. I don't know where I am today if not because of You and Your love. LORD THANK YOU :))
I have to cut this blog post before i drowned my self with my tears lol to sum it all up, Indeed, I HAD THE BEST SWEET 16th BIRTHDAY :)))
